rather than crediting my account of R1270, they added the amounts onto my account of R1748. in other words R3018 is to be removed. i had to call the manager of STANGER branch to advise her. she said she realised the mistake and will attend to it. the staff who did this was calling people as she didnt know how to handle the credit. this is not professional. knowing that i buy so much on my account i could have overseen the amounts, but i realised my account was too high after returning. pls call me urgently. very upset on this matter, too many issues im having with truworths yet i purchase alot always and my account is always up to date.
