So I have asked my daycare several times why my rates keep changing in such a drastic manner and each time the director simple he refers back to showing me how they calculate their 4.333 monthly payment rate to calculating the extra week that is in some months . I want to know why they calculate in these extra weeks when there are several weeks then our children do not attend at the daycare due to the daycare being closed yet we still get charged for that .. I have reached out to this customer service line several times when your business our state 8 AM to 6 PM and it’s always close before 4 o’clock
