Started an rv policy in July 2019. In April 2020 had a small claim. Our renewal showed that our rate more than doubled. We did not get a renewal notice, I found out by logging in about raise. I obtained new insurance and called to cancel. First, because it was less than 30 days until the renewal date I would have to notify them in writing. When I pointed out that I was not notified of the raise 30 days in advance that this was ridiculous. Suddenly the agent was able to cancel over the phone. But, I was charged a $50 cancellation fee. Supposedly this is in the fine print that only an eagle could read. Glad to be done with them. And I am not renewing Good Sam. User's recommendation: Use Progressive. Avoid this company.
