The last two flights my husband and I have taken on SWA have caused us to consider switching to another airline. We paid $25 each for Early Bird Check-In and both times the flights were totally packed and we were given A45 and A46, with the first open seats behind the wing. This makes for a very uncomfortable, noisy flight since there is so little leg room anyway. We have been faithful SWA fliers until now! Moving on! User's recommendation: Fly Delta or American where you know your seat numbers and they don’t pack you in like sardines!
