Starbucks in Charlotte hard their doors locked during Business hours. I walked to the window because i was in my company Vehicle and could not come through the drive-thu. I asked if i could make an order, the man stated that i need to get out of the way and that I couldnt order. I asked for his name and i asked for the Supervisors name, he would not give it to me. He then came to the window and closed it in my face!! I recorded his actions because that was extremely rude and had me very upset. My plan is to take it to the news station. User's recommendation: The employee needs to be fired!!!!
