Update by user May 27, 2021 Left my neighborhood and went straight to predominately white neighborhood continued delivering well after 7:00 pm after making me wait 10 hours and never delivering my package Original review posted by user May 27, 2021 Hired a raciest driver was late with first package. waited 6 1/2 hours. then the next day Driver made me wait 10 hours and then claimed Package was undeliverable because there was a problem with address on package. when I asked costumer service what address was on package? Package had correct address on it. Waite10hours User's recommendation: USE FEDEX THEY LISTEN TO COMPLAINTS AND CORRECT PROBLEM. And they ARE PRETTY GOOD WITH THER ESTIMATE TIME OF ARRIVAL.
