Questions about renewal

I called to find out what I owed to Birds and Blooms and to make sure all the people I send the magazine to are getting it. I also wanted to know when their subscriptions end and need to be renewed. That is all. User's recommendation: Do not take your time calling, they will not give you the opportunity to speak to you.
