CMR has been sending out flyers offering homeowners a $500 American Express gift card just to get on their roof to do an evaluation. This is illegal in the State of Florida. Additionally, they are pushing the deadline for Hurricane Irma damage repair is Sept 2020, but Irma State of Emergency ended Mar 2018. They are playing on Hurricane damage to get access to the insurance companies (Very common in Florida). They tell the homeowner all they will owe is deductable, but on the backside charge the insurance company 2 or 3 times the actual roof cost. If anyone in Florida has questions about this they can contact the Florida Bureau of Insurance fraud for more information. User's recommendation: Do your homework!
