January Discount Days advertised on the site. Book online and based on the day, a discount would be applied to a purchase of a car starter. So if the 27th was booked, then 27% off. We book the 30th for an appointment and the starter we choose is about $720. Next day we get a call saying all the spots in January are booked so next booking is in February. When we ask about the sale, we are told 20% off only if we prepay. We check our email later on and then find out that we are booked for Feb 2 but are quoted $850 plus tax???? The site states no hidden charges on most vehicles and also states if booked online no taxes. I email back questioning this quote and the idiot who replied said that the cost was justified because our vehicle was a difficult install. Our car is over 5 years old and we speak with another company who says the install would be much easier than the newer models due to the electronics. He also neglected to consider the 20% sale and decided to try screwing us over. We cancelled immediately. This is a total rip off. The clowns name is Bill ...buyer beware as there are hidden charges despite what the site claims.
