Toyota is not communicating with the customer. The Rav4 Prime comes out and each dealer in Ohio gets one which is gone immediately. Then the word is problems make them not available in our area, contact your dealer. I have worked with the dealer for two months. No one at Toyota can or will talk to the dealer. I was hoping there is by now a future plan. But no there isn't. I called this line and was told to talk to the dealer about ordering one. Point in case, either you have a product or you don't. If, it is not going to be available, tell me! It just doesn't exist in my world. So be it, I will move onto someone that wants our business. Your lack of communication to the dealer, the phone rep and me is astounding. We are all confused and frustrated. I have had five Toyotas, it is up to you if there will ever be a sixth.
