Question about phone call. Scam or truth?

I missed a call and have voice mail message saying that I have won sweepstakes or lottery. Message is: call 711-783-**** option 1 to speak with James (Goodman) I think. My code number for the win is 9521pch. Is this scam? Could I be so lucky as to win badly needed money right now? I do enter all the time, but have only won like $10.00 check that was mailed to me.
