Question about International calling.

I bought cash card to make calls to India. Since I couldnt find instructions to make overseas calls, I asked someone to call me or send me the information but I never got a response. I am seriously considering canceling the card and get a refund from my bank. User's recommendation: Magic Jack customer service sucks. I have had similar experience earlier in the year too.
