Found out, very disappointed ,that Standard filters do NOT TAKE LEAD out of tap water. Only Long Lasting filters take out lead. I have been buying, and even just recently just bought a three pack of Standard. There may be a problem with our tap water in my building, so they suggest buying bottled or filtered water. I am disabled so I am unable to buy bottled, so I thought the next best thing would be a Brita Grand Pitcher. User's recommendation: Find out EXACTLY WHAT IS FILTEREDOUT OF BRITA FILTERS BEFORE BUYING THEM. IT SHOULD TELL YOU BEFOREHAND.
