Question about ecu

I asked for info about ecu and explained how scams are all over the internet for repairs, an audi rep. did contact me acting like he cared but only asked me more questions instead of giving me answers, they are like any other corp., all about the money and their reputation not helping a customer, i say buy american, at least its helping us.
