Question about booth deactivation

I am a manager of Beley store. Recently we've opened our booth on Bonanza, but unfortunately in a month were banned. For a pity, Bonanza support team didn't warn us and didn't even explain the reason for ban. We just lost the opportunity for signing in. It is sad, because now we want really to renew our account, because made a lot of work for it's design and listings. But don't know what the problem actually was and how can we solve it. That's why, I am not happy with Bonanza support of sellers. Polina
