My son was excited to purchase a fingerboard from this company. I was told that they had a very good reputation in that community. After receiving the fingerboard my son tried to put it together but could not because the holes were drilled improperly. We sent a message to them on their Instagram page and the first excuse started. Apparently, the guy's partner had sent the wrong batch and they had already made some sort of video explaining this. He told us to send the board back and not only would he send us a new board, he would also pay for shipping to return the item. After the post office verified that they received the return we heard nothing back for several days. Again, we messaged him and he became hostile, saying that he was in the hospital and that he was sick. He then told my son that he would send him a new board before the end of the week along with a few "goodies" to make up for the delay... a week later we heard nothing back. Finally, the guy said that he had sent the package a week earlier. We heard nothing and received nothing. After asking him for a tracking number he provided one that stated that the package would arrive today on Friday. When we looked to see that the package had been delivered we noticed that it was delivered to a home in another state. The guy lied about the tracking number by giving us a bogus number and then got upset when we sent him a message. My 13-year-old son has been waiting for this package for over a month and according to the tracking number it would have been here. My son was so disappointed and even cried out of frustration. Sadly, the guy on the Instagram was angry because he was reading a message while he was "out with his family" as he put it. After I got on (his father) to explain that I was going to dispute charges and file complaints with the BBB he sent me a smiley emoji and said, "go ahead" just before he blocked my son from his instagram page. I have never experienced such a horrible product and even worse service from an entitled spoiled brat that thinks its ok to lie to a 13-year-old kid and then laugh about it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST!
