I made several orders. I'm in contact with vendor. One day vendor stops answering my calls. I've paid in full to Quad Pay. Contacted Quad Pay. Gave them screen shots of communication with the vendor. I have 4 orders not fulfilled. Went back and forth with Quad Pay. They refunded 2 of the 4 orders in question. I asked about the other 2 orders, they told me to call vendor. The whole point of contacting Quad Pay is because the vendor won't give me my goods or refund my money. Now Quad Pay is ignoring several attempts to contact them. I want my money back.
