QR Code is not working

Good evening, I just received my business cards. I have a QR code on both the front and back of my business card, and just the front side of the card QR code is working. Before placing my order, I made sure like 10 times both QR codes were working, so I'm confused as to why one side is not working. Is there anyway that can be fixed or replace another order without me having to repay another $20?
