I decided to give this store a $25. try, ordering a couple cartridges. I read all the negative reviews, but figured at least "SOMEBODY" must have gotten decent service! Maybe I would get lucky! Not so, so I add my slam to the ever growing list of unsatisfied suckers. I'll not even attempt to get a refund, as the reviews of customer service are just as bleak as for the products themselves. I only wonder how the proprietors of this company have the conscience....or lack thereof...to stay in business. I guess it's all about nickel and dimeing themselves a profit. Don't be a sucker. Maybe we can put them out of business.
