My wife &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I went to Telus because of constant problems with Shaw. The only thing more infuriating than crap products is the customer service, if you can call it that. Is useless at best. They even applied my payment to another account, then told me it's MY responsibility to verify it went on my account. I don't even know how such a thing is possible with direct pay from my credit card but it happened twice, The ONLY time anyone actually listened to my concerns was when I told them to disconnect us. Then the promises and we're here for you started If they offer it FREE FOR LIFE, We wouldn't go back. I'd still wouldn't go back to them
