We were called and my husband gave me the phone to deal with the sales rep. I told the sales rep we weren't interested and thank you for calling. He told me "you obviously are not capable to make a good decision. I will just talk to Rick!" and hung up! Several days later, Rick is contacted and told that I said go ahead!!!. Well, assuming I did say that, he did go ahead and set it up! I then asked for information when payments were coming out, how much, why so much if for only a dex phone book listing? Never a response!! I have called and emailed. A year later, almost, and I guess it is time to sign up again! I get another call from a different person, I agree to meet with her. She informs me the person that we had dealt with was fired and there was no way to close our account or stop any payments, or get a refund from this non-ethical person. She also states that she will stop the contract once the year is completed but, we have to continue to pay. I have stopped the card that the payments were coming out on. I now have a $271.02 bill that I am still unaware of any paperwork any where! I still receive calls to set up Dex from other people. NEVER did we receive a lead from this! Any follow up calls, or return calls! I have no proof that my husband even signed for a contract! NO website, NO nothing but our name in a phone book. I just want the bill to show pif! I don't want anything from Dex except that~!~~ I am not sure what he even bought!
