A salesman by the name of Will came to my house and tried to get me to sign up, claiming that costs per CCF could more than quadruple over the winter. When I told him I needed time to look into it he tried to pressure me into signing and saying I could always cancel. When I did research and he came back, he was really rude that I didn't agree to sign. He told me he worked on commission and should have told him I was never interested if I was going to not agree. So, was I supposed to just sign without reading anything or vetting his company? The offering didn't make sense and was more than what I was paying this or last year. Bad Customer experience.
