Purchased products for my dog

I placed an order online &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; their 1-800 phone line called immediately after because I had a question. There was no wait time and I was soon connected to a person who right away was able to answer my question. After hanging up and thinking about his answer I decided I wanted to increase the quantity of the product I ordered. I called back and he was able to do that with me online again right away. Very easy to deal with and was able to accomplish what I was asking him to do in a minimal amount of time. Excellent customer service!
