BUYER BEWARE THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR TRANSACTIONS I had used Open Sky in the past and was pleased with my purchase BUT they recently made a horrible name for themselves. I purchased an item on August 27th, received conformation email, and an email stating that it was waiting to be shipped. Fast forward 2 weeks and I receive an email that my order has been cancelled. I quickly checked the website to see if it was out of stock, but it was not. Open Sky more than doubled the price of the item that I previously paid $106 to $220! I contacted customer service and they were of no assistance. Only reassuring me that I can still make a purchase but for double the cost of the item that I already paid for. I informed them I would never use their site again and also would spread the word on their integrity. Very displeased and disgusted with the manner in which Open Sky dealt with my transaction.
