Purchased on website but the account shows no purchase history

I have signed into the website and decided to enter to a draw. I called bank and was informed the money has been taken from my current bank account. There are no UK numbers to call for customer service for Omaze. We need to have this issue sorted because my Omaze logging shows no record of purchase but I have paid £25 which has been taken from my bank account. Very frustrating not having a customer service to deal with this issue properly. User's recommendation: I wouldn’t recommend it because I’m having a bad experience to speak and solve this issue.
