I ordered a bridesmaid dress in a size 10 and it came and I had ordered the wrong colour so I messaged them , no reply what so ever , messaged a few times still no reply I had to order the same dress again in the right colour and still no response! I have 2 dresses and have had to pay for both and would like my money back for the first dress ! Cant have refunds after 15 days I messaged them on the day it came and then after a number of times and still nothing the response is a joke and it wasnt like I wasnt going to order again anyway because I gave ! User's recommendation: Make sure everything is correct before ordering.
