On Saturday, 4/28/2019, I purchased a new Travel trailer from Jamatt RV in Poteau, OK. My salesman was great Billy Rye. The process took longer than expected, but was not the salesman's fault by no means. Billy was helpful and courteous the whole way through, he even offered to deliver the trailer for me since my hitch was not right. Billy did more for me than any salesperson I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. He was excellent. The only issue I had at all was from another salesperson making a snide remark about how long I had been there and if he was my salesman I would have already gotten our travel trailer and gone. I felt it was extremely rude and unprofessional for another salesman to try and downgrade another salesman.
