Purchase new Mahindra XUV300

I have purchased new Mahindra XUV300 W8 on today at Mahalaxmi Motors Rampur (up) india with name of Sachin Chaudhary village- Samadpur post- sadarpur Dist Moradabad. But i am not satisfied with the service of mentioned dealer and his staff because mentioned dealer and staff not provided full details about car and not provide accessories as told to me at the time of booking. Authorised person of agency call me on today to reach agency on the time 11 am for delivery but agency not delivered vehicle to me till now ( 5:45)pm. There is not available basic facilities like proper wash room or rest room. Authorised person of agency is denied to deliver vehicle without giving customers satisfaction please guide me what can i do. My contact no is [protected]
