I returned Inventel's HD camera by UPS over a month ago and I still have not received my refund. I was just told it will be another 7-10 days before I could even expect to see it returned to my account even though I was told it would have been put in my account last week. User's recommendation: Hope you get better results than I have with the product and refund if you return it.
