Punished for making all my monthly payments on time and hae a zero balance

I have a BJ's Mastercard issued from Comenity Bank, all payments are always on time as I have automatic payments set up on my card account. There was an error on two extra payment I made 5 days apart and they didn't go through, my monthly auto payment went through OK, when I called to tell them about the error, they shut my card down, User's recommendation: Beware, if you make any paynet mistake they punish you severely and will not have any compassion for an obvious error. I have a zero Balance and my card was shut down for 15 days, 90 days if I had a balance.
