Last Summer we purchased the Intex Easy Set pool. The pool itself was great and, when working, the pump helped keep the water clean. However, the pump broke after just 1 month and I never received the replacement. I called last week (4/28/2021) and, after several attempts, finally reached a person. Even though the rep did not speak very good English, I was told that I would get a new pump at no charge since it was under the warranty. Yesterday, I received a notification that I am not eligible because my claim was not made in the time allotted. noit User's recommendation: Get everything in writing and make your claims immediately.
