Zillow used to be user friendly. It is a horrible company now. They charge you for the listing then immediately pull it from the market the SAME day!!! Oh, yeah, they do not refund the money though - they hold onto that. Imagine $9.99 x 100s that they screw over each day. They pulled my listing twice with no notice and getting someone to respond is a miracle! User's recommendation: Find another listing company!
