Public motors is a fraudulent company. They got almost all of the money that I owed them and still have my title. I NEED TO FIND RICHARD COWAN TO SERVE HIM!!! If anyone knows his whereabouts, please contact me asap. 619 622 **** These people at Public Motors are beyond scandelous, when I went to the dmv after my car was towed (due to p.m. not updating reg) I found out the car was not even registered to me, it was registered to a man and p.m. had never even began the reg. paperwork as per our contract. There are too many unethical things that P.M. has done to list. BEWARE OF PUBLIC MOTORS!!!!! PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU HAVE ANY INFO!!!!
