Thyssen Krupp installed a brand new elevator in our school. Within a year it needed warranty work which the company refused to perform. We were forced to hire another firm to fix the elevator. Our demand letters to cover the cost of warranty went unanswered. Thyssen Krupp is a dishonorable company and is misleading in telling clients that their products are under warranty. User's recommendation: Do not use this company.
