In mid March of this year, I emailed the forms to register for the VA state & national exams, for my VA real estate sales license. I went ahead and got fingerprinted.0 Three weeks later and no response, so I called and was told they refuse to accept that form by email, and insist it needs to be faxed. Whatever. So I fax it. Nothing. Three weeks AFTER this -- we're now at April 20th, six weeks into this mess--and still nothing. The website refuses to let me schedule the exams and the call center employees REGULARLY HANG UP HALFWAY THROUGH EACH CONVERSATION without providing ANY useful resolutions. Still ZERO communications from PSI via email. So here is where it stands: I need to schedule the state and national exams. I demand a full refund on the original fingerprints as they have now expired and I will need to do that a second time. If PSI refuses the refund, due to their own negligence I shall take them to [censored]ing magistrate's court. We need to resolve this.
