I purchased HP Extended Warranty-Agreement Number: CA00000585****-**** on May 29, 2021, extending my warranty through 07/06/23, but I no longer have my HP computer, so I want the money refunded back to my account. I have tried to contact you via virtual chat and via phone calls without success. User's recommendation: Pursue contacts with HP customer service through emails only.
