Hi I paid over £1300 for the above flight, which should of been in December 20. Australia shut its borders and the flight was cancelled. I am still awaiting a refund. I keep logging in to see the progress but it seems to have stalled with the airline. It says thus process normally takes 12 - 14 weeks and I have been waiting 8 months. Why are travelgenio not chasing this up and informing me. John O'malley
