Propane was not delivered. Ferrell gas has not refunded my money in 23 days so far.

On 1/26/21 I ordered 80 gallons of propane from Ferrell Gas Co. Delivery was promised on 1/29/21 Nobody showed up, so I had to order the gas from another company.. I contacted Ferrell Gas on 1/30/21 to reverse the charge of $282.44 on my credit card account. They promised to do so, but didn't. Ferrell Gas had my money since 1/26/21, and today, 23 days after, I'm still waiting for my refund!
