Promo disappeared and charged incorrect amount

Hello, I recently placed an order at Poki DC & Gong Cha with a $10 off promo. Grubhub showed me that the total was $13.24 and then I placed the order. After reviewing the order receipt on Grubhub, the total showed as $23.24 and the promo disappeared. I am very disappointed with Grubhub's service because I have now wrongfully been charged an additional $10 for my order. I would like a refund please. My order number was 005916**-**11529.
