System was "Down" for maintenance this morning. This afternoon i entered my information up to the point where it asked for my Health insurance expenses. I entered same and the saving display came on and stayed on for about 45 minutes. I assumed an error and exited the program. I entered my information to the exact same point a second time. I think you have a problem. I have used your service for at least 5 years and have never had this problem, or any problem before. Please fix this bug, so I can get my taxes done on time, and you can earn your fee. DLFrantz
