Profile double gas stove

I purchased this oven on 01-20-17 they replaced control panel on 05-03-17. Control panel went out again January 2021 they replaced it on 03-10-21. Now the bottom oven won't work. I have had nothing but problems with this oven! When I call to get it repaired I have to wait 5-6 weeks just to get it repaired ! I've never had this much trouble with an appliance. I want my money back.
