Wasnt even the correct illumibowl that I ordered, was gonna keep the one I received with the potty training angle, but the lense fell off after unpacking, put in new batteries and didnt work.. I purchased this item because I moved my mother in with me who has cancer and frequents the bathroom a lot during the night... I saw this product on Shark Tank, my favorite show.. tried finding customer service with no luck... just please send me correct Illumibowl and Ill be happy.. its the one that lights up whole bowl..
