Update by user Aug 31, 2018 Follow-up. The last call to "support" fixed the problem. There was no call from QSee after my last encounter. The fact remains that many calls to "support", and many months, to get it fixed. Original review posted by user Aug 01, 2018 I've called more than a dozen times on the same issue: remote monitoring. This issue can only be addressed when I'm at home, near the equipment. Each time, some adjustment is made and the connection is re-established. Only the next day when I want to monitor the cameras remotely, the app on the phone shows "device offline". So that night, I call again and start the process all over, each time being toldl will fix it. It never does. Nothing has changed at my home. But "customer service" is incapable of fixing the problem once and for all. VERY frustrating. Either it's a *** product, or "customer service" is not properly trained. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
