Product stopped performing as it has in the past four years

Up to Nov 2020, I received notifications via phone call, email and text. I just recently applied for a mortgage and had my credit checked. I received notifications from Ture Identity, Credit Karma, and credit alert with one of my cards....but not from Life Lock. I logged into my account, an alert on the dashboard today AFTER calling support. I also checked my alert setting, and saw it was disabled. I did not disable it . Support didnt prob issue I renabled User's recommendation: Don't waste your money. Product and support issues.
