Product returned but Refund not received

I want my money back I have already the product from 3 days ago and your customer care suggest me you will be refund your money with in 24 hrs bt no response from your side till upto now. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from these side bcz they are not refund the ammount bt taking there product through there agent and selling it again.
