Product not usable

I ordered Kalorik maxx on Jun 1, 2021 & Delivered on June 10, 2021. After inspections of unit found the interior racks would not secure inside. I advised vendor right & asked if your would like it shipped back? Response - keep it for parts and we will another one. The unit was a different model. I advised vendor & you're Response was they would refund 50%. My Response was, that it wasn't what I order & my concern was the packaging it come in. Pictures were sent to the vendor, and since they didn't have the model I ordered, they refunded most of my money. So I now have a product I can't use & would like on know if it can be replaced it the same cost? Please respond ASAP Cost $99.99 free shipping
