product not delivered as promised,

dear sir/mam, I ordered 2 gold coins from flipkart on 12th oct19 & 14 oct19 and paid for the same, and they kept delaying the delivery of my product. I kept asking them about the delivery dates they assured it will be delivered, kept saying your order is on the way. Tracking information shows "your product is out for delivery" continuously form 15th of oct till now but still its not delivered. I need explanation about what actions you have taken for the delivery. As per your confirmation my product is with courier and i am doubted about its originality now, will it be the same product what i have ordered. I had long chatting everyday with customer service but its of no use, they kept on saying wait wait... and hereby i attached conversation details along with this, pls advise what i have to do, they are forcing me to cancel my order. my Email Id [protected]@gamil.com Order details OD116773958741066000 & OD116791856837545000
