Small hand held chain saw took over two weeks to arrive. Chain stopped turning after 5 minutes of use.Left text message and did not hear back. Left another text message and was contacted and told 14 days were up so I was SOL. Waisted $93 on this product and company. Live and learn. William M. Scherer,D.D.S.
