Product new mobile vivo y21 sim tray is defective

We purchased ViVO Y21 on 10-Sep-21 from lulu al wahda abudhabi. We inserted the Sim today. Wen we tried to open tray, it's not opening. SIM stuck inside. Wen we reported the same. They were saying 3weeks to get the mobile back. We explained emergency of that SIM still no one cares and also they were saying that we may have to pay the charges for new mobile purchased just 2 days ago. Never expected this from a reputed company. Defective piece was sold to us and on the top of it they were saying that charges should be paid if required. Lost trust on ur store and the bad behaviour of the staff store department manager. Please monitor the behaviour of the staff and also don't ask customer to pay for defective piece sold by your store. For any communication contact us on [protected].
