I ordered and paid for the product 3 1/2 weeks ago. They are telling me that its still in production …..even tho their website indicated that it was in stock. As a result of this complaint, they refunded 10% and said that it would be shipped soon. That was 1 week ago. Still ….tracking shows that its still in production. User's recommendation: Expect huge delays.
